These Terms of Sale ("Agreement") apply to all purchases made by U.S. customers directly from Majestic Pure®, including by internet, phone or mail. By placing an order, you accept and agree to be bound to the terms and conditions of this

Agreement.PLEASE REVIEW THESE TERMS OF SALE CAREFULLY AS THIS DOCUMENT GOVERNS YOUR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS FROM MAJESTIC PURE AND CONTAINS IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS, AS WELL AS LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS THAT MAY APPLY TO YOU.

Majestic Pure® sells and ships products to end user customers only through our Majestic Pure® website, Customer Service Call Center and Amazon website. We reserves the right to refuse or cancel your order.

This Agreement and any claim or dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement or any order placed or purchase made by you shall be governed by the laws of the state of California, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Majestic Pure reserves the right to modify these Terms of Sale at any time.

Shipping Policy

We are currently utilizing Amazon.com for the fulfillment of all orders. After you have completed your order on our website, a confirmation e-mail listing the details of your order will be sent to the address you provided. The e-mail will serve as a receipt for your purchase.

Refund Policy

At Majestic Pure, we take pride in delivering high-quality products and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. As part of our commitment to hygiene and product integrity, we have  the following Refund Policy.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be processed under the following circumstances:

  • Order Delayed: If your order has not been delivered within 7-10 working days from date of order placement.

  • Undelivered Orders: If your order is marked as undelivered or lost in transit.

  • Unfulfilled Orders: If we are unable to fulfill your order due to stock unavailability.

  • Damaged Products: If the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect and you report it to info@majesticpure.com within 48 hours of delivery along with clear images and/or video of the damaged product and the packaging.

  • Wrong Product Received: If a wrong product is delivered to you and you report it to info@majesticpure.com within 48 hours of delivery,  we will arrange a pickup for the wrong product from our side. Please ensure that the original price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories are intact and returned to our logistics partner. 

Please note we do not refund shipping and handling charges. 

Refund Processing

  • We will initiate the refund process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and bar-codes intact.

  • Approved refunds will be credited back to your account via the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Non-refundable Items

Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.  Shipping and handling charges applied to Free or deeply discounted promotional products are non-refundable.
