1. Using thumb or forefinger, massage area firmly 2-3 times a day for 5 min, in slow, circular motions, alternating directions
2. Stretch surrounding skin of the scar, repeating circular motions
3. Slowly, but firmly, slide thumb or finger along the scar
4. Repeat process for approximately 5 minutes
