- Silicone ice cube trays
- 1 cp. baking soda
- 1/2 cp. citric acid
- 1/2 cp. Epsom salts
- 3 tsp. coconut oil
- 2 tsp. essential oil
- 1 tsp. water
Mix all the dry ingredients in one bowl, and all the wet ingredients in another bowl. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and stir to combine. Spoon into silicone ice cube trays. Pack tightly and allow to set for about 1 hour before removing.
4. Face Cleanser
Lemon oil is effective as a face cleanser due to its anti-microbial properties and ability to purify the skin and revive the complexion. In a small bowl, combine equal parts baking soda and honey with three or four drops of lemon essential oil. Stir thoroughly to blend and use on a face cloth to cleanse the face and neck area.
